Proposal for amendments to UNECE R96

Based on a detailed evaluation of the test procedure in UNECE R96 and existing road emission regulations, the report identifies a number of possible changes to tighten UNECE R96 regarding the type-approval of the pollutant emissions of engines for agricultural and forestry tractors and other non-road mobile machinery (NRMM).
