External Evaluation of the 2SCALE program 2012-2023
The Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs commissioned an external evaluation of the 2SCALE program, which was implemented in two phases between 2012 and 2024. The 2SCALE program focuses on Public-Private Partnerships with Business Champions in specific agrifood value chains in more than ten countries in Sub Sahara Africa.
