Mid Term Evaluation Building Prospects and Access to Energy Fund (2019-2023)

This report presents the findings of a mid-term evaluation of two revolving funds managed by FMO, Building Prospects and Access to Energy Fund, covering the period from 2019-2023. The main purpose is to facilitate learning and strategic steering for the remainder of the mandate. It assesses the funds’ effectiveness, additionality and strategic coherence and provides recommendations for improvement.
