Care for the elderly has been the common thread through my career. The reason I went into politics was to tackle abuses and shortages in elderly care. I will draw on my practical experience to organise good care for everyone who requires long-term care. Ultimately, we all hope to reach old age, and everyone deserves good-quality, appropriate care when that time comes.
